Scope of application:
This machine is mainly used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical, food, spices, resin powder, besmear powder and high temperature resistant material, crushing /pulverising and dust collectting as a whole is a new generation crushing equipment.
Principle:
The machine has a relative movement between the moving gear tray and the fixed tray to pulverize the material. The materials are pulverized by gear impacting mutual impacting and friction. The ground material automatically enters the collecting bag under the action of the eccentric force, and it is discharged from the dust absorption box through filtering bags.
Features:
The machine adopts the high-speed spinning blade of wind wheel and stationary knife. It has advantages of low noise, light vibration and no dust flying in the course of production. This is according with the requirement of GMP.
The machine uses the wind wheel type high~speed rotating cutters and the fixed cutters to crush, mill and shear raw material, which is accompanied by strong airflow inside of the chamber to bring out the heat with the finished products through the screen. The size of granules can be achieved by changing of the screen.
